THM Inspired S Snack: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients:
Brown Sugar THM style: 1/3 cup Erythritol/Xylitol mix plus 6 heavy doonks Stevia and 2 tsp molasses
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 Cup Oat Fiber
3 Scoops Protein Powder (Plan approved) I use Piping Rock
7 TBSP Refined Coconut Oil
2 TBSP Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 oz. Chopped Unsweetened Chocolate Bar (got mine at Aldi, and I used my Ninja to chop half the bar) or you could use sugar free choc.chips

Mixing Directions-
Blend ( I use my Ninja) the dry sweeteners and salt together, and pour it into mixing bowl. Add molasses and vanilla extract and mix well.
Pour in remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
Add Coconut Oil and mix well.
Add the Almond Milk and now, mix it all in well, with your clean hands. It forms a slightly crumbly/sticky dough. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix again.
Drop it out onto a small cookie pan covered with parchment paper. Cover it with parchment paper and use rolling pin to push out the dough all the way to the edges. I used a 9x13 baking stone.
Place this into the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Now cut into 1.5 x 1.5 inch squares. Makes about 35 of these squares.

Each square has about 2.5 g protein, .6 net carbs and 3.5g fat
They are so sweet and chewy and delicious, but you probably won't eat 10! If you did, you would still be in THM-S territory, with only a total of 6 net carbs for the whole 10 bite size bars, and you would get 25 g protein!
Store these in the refrigerator.

THM Inspired GGMS Frosted Apple Spice Tea (Sipper)

Here's another take on the THM GGMS (Good Girl Moon Shine)

Steep 2 bags of tea in 2 cups very hot water.
Add an extra few shakes of cinnamon, a good pinch of pink sea salt, 2 TBSP raw apple cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp ground ginger and 3 TBSP sweetener (on plan).

Wait 10-15 minutes, then pour the tea into your blender, over lots of ice and blend away. Mine made this frothy foam on top, so that was fun! I'm always looking for ways to make the GGMS without having to taste the ACV and this one is another "win"!

To make this more of an apple cider flavor, add 1/4 tsp ground All Spice and 1/2 tsp Orange Extract.
Adding 1/4 tsp of caramel extract to this one is also good!

THM Inspired GGMS (Good Girl Moon Shine) APPLE PIE!

This is one of my twists on the THM GGMS (Good Girl Moon Shine). You really can make this drink in so many fun and tasty ways, using just water and spices/extracts, or start with flavored teas! Just be sure to get that raw apple cider vinegar and ground ginger into the drink, for the many wonderful health benefits. This one tastes like apple pie~To make it "frosty", just add lots more ice and blend away.
This drink is what the THM sisters call a "sipper", meaning that you can enjoy it all day, guilt free, with any fuel type, as it is a "FP"-Fuel Pull drink, adding no unwanted extras to your plan.

Recipe- 2 cups cold water, 2-3 cup ice, a few shakes of apple pie spice (or make your own-cinnamon, all spice and nutmeg) a few shakes of pink sea salt, 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 3 donks Stevia powder and 2 TBSP Xylitol or Erythritol (or you could use 4 pkts Truvia). Mix it all together in the blender. This is smooth, tasty and refreshing!

THM Inspired Frozen Mock-A-Rita (GGMS) FP Drink

We're making a pitcher of GGMS 'Ritas here!
Recipe-
Fill blender with 5 cups ice.
Add the juice of 2 lemons and 2 limes.
Add 2 TBSP ACV, 1/4 tsp termeric, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, a heavy pinch of sea salt, 4 TBSP sweetblend (I use 4 TBSP xylitol plus 5 donks stevia powder).
Then add 3 cups water.
 Blend together.
For an extra special treat, wet the rim of the glass with the lime and roll the rim into course salt and add a lime slice onto the rim for fun!

THM Inspired Frosty Hot&Choc Oolong Tea (FP Drink)

Recipe:
Steep 4 Oolong tea bags in 2 cups of very hot water for about 10 minutes.
Squeeze and toss out the bags.
Pour the mix into your blender and add 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, a heavy pinch of sea salt, 3 good shakes of cinnamon, 2 shakes of cayenne pepper, 2 tsp cocoa powder, 4 donks Stevia powder, 4 TBSP xylitol, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup water and lots of ice(I used about 4 cups).

This is really yummy and can be sipped all day without guilt. So refreshing! It actually boosts the metabolism, promotes well being and joy, while burning calories! What more could you ask for?! My husband says, and I agree, that it reminds him of those good quality chocolate bars that have a hint of pepper flavor. It's a win!
